TREEO Cloud Outage: What Happened and What We Learned

From Saturday, October 19th, 2024, at 01:00 to Tuesday, October 22nd, 2024, at 09:00, TREEO Cloud experienced a temporary service disruption due to a network configuration issue with our backend infrastructure. During this period, users were unable to log into the TREEO Cloud and the TREEO App. However, we want to reassure you that offline measurements via the TREEO App remained functional, and all data was preserved without any loss or compromise to user accounts.

Resolution of the Outage

We are pleased to inform you that the issue has been fully resolved. Our technical team worked diligently to identify and rectify the underlying network configuration problem. As a result, all systems are now fully operational, allowing users to log in and access the TREEO Cloud and App without any further issues.

What We are Doing to Improve

We understand that this disruption may have caused some inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any impact it had on your experience. To prevent similar issues in the future, we are implementing several improvements, including:

  • Strengthening Disaster Recovery Protocols: We are enhancing our disaster recovery strategies to ensure quicker recovery from unexpected outages.
  • Improving Response Times to Outages: Our team is focused on reducing response times to outages, ensuring that we can address any future disruptions more swiftly.
