Why TREEOmetrio CDRs are premium and why that matters
One carbon credit usually represents one tonne of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions that have been reduced, avoided, or removed from the atmosphere. Any additional impacts, such as increases in biodiversity, are usually inferred or not evidenced with sufficient data.
